The Philadelphia City Planning Commission, Department of Planning and Development, is soliciting feedback on Fairmount Avenue from Broad Street to the Parkway and will be holding an Open House to complete its survey on Thursday, November 12 at St. Andrew’s Church at 1911 Wallace Street (enter at 19th and North Streets) from 5:30 – 7:30 pm.
